Puris (Pani Puri, Gol Gappa)
Method: Boil green gram, chana dal and potatoes separately. Make small holes in the puris and fill them with a little each of green gram, chana dal and potatoes. Pour some sauce on the rest of the ingredients inside the holes and consume them as much as your heart’s content. Sauce can be changed to any that is available in the market according to the person’s taste.
