Culinary Tips

1. During summer, while making curd at home, instead of making it at night, if milk is left to curdle on the inverter of your refrigerator in the morning, it would be set by lunch time and it does not even get sour.
2. Drinking lukewarm water after meals not only helps digestion but also in weight reduction.
3. While making a vegetable dish with raw bananas, add to it 2 fistfuls of chopped onions, 2 big ladles boiled Tuar Dal, and 1 ladle grated coconut. Sauté the mixture. When half done sprinkle Chana Dal powder on it and stir well. This dish can be had during meals with other stuff or separately as a snack.
