1. Bob pins, safety pins and hair clips often get lost and may be lying on the floor, to end up piercing someone’s foot at home. To avoid this, all these pins can be fixed on to an old tie and hung on a wall or the edge of a shelf.
2. Sewing machines, cycles and doors can make noise due to rust. The noise can be prevented by applying coconut oil to the rusted parts.
3. Pesticide powder for ants can be kept in an empty talc powder bottle to spread it whenever required. But it should be labeled properly, for it can be mistaken for talc.
