Thoughts Of A Wilderness

I want to return to a wilderness;
Though, I don’t know where it is.
To this place, my mind drifts;
Not knowing where it is.

A river runs nearby
With trees on either bank,
tall and with leaves, stud.
There is a little cottage, as well,
With birds chirping around.

So divine is this place;
Known to none except God.
I do not know what’s in the cottage;
Nor who lives in it.
But sometimes, I do dream of it.

This being a tree-filled forest,
It is known to none except God.
It has been from man’s de-environment program excluded.
I wonder where in this world or
Another is it situated.

I wish I’d live in such seclusion.
I would not mind even if alone.
The silence and calm of such a place;
Will give peace to just anyone.
