As children, we react to situations in a kiddish way. These behavioral patterns often stay with us throughout our adulthood. Eminent Psychiatrist Dr. Devendra Save suggests that we need to break childhood behavioral patterns.
Break Childhood Behavioral Patterns
Dr. Devendra Save explains, “As children, we develop and learn certain responses that help us to deal with situations of growing years. However, as we grow older we forget to review these patterns of responses and continue to respond in the same manner, even though they don’t seem to serve us well. As adults, it becomes all the more important to identify maladaptive patterns and make efforts in changing them.”
