Excerpts from an interview:
What qualifications are needed in this profession?
Astrology and Numerology are a single combined field, which is a ‘divine science’ needing both education skills and the blessings of the Almighty. There are central Sanskrit universities of government, which run courses in these areas. However, this usually runs in family, so many of them are trained by their own family as well.
What attracted you to this profession?
For me, this attraction began at the tender age of 6 years since it was followed in the family. However, I always wanted to make these occult sciences a part of the contemporary world and often correlated to how these can be a part of the modern-day world and has solutions to its problems.
How accurately predictions can be made through this field?
The power lies in the person and with the grace of the Almighty, definitely 100% accurate predictions can be made. Most of the time, it also depends upon the karma and destiny of the person whom the Astro-Numerologists meet in this journey.
Given the pandemic situation can predictions go wrong?
No, there is a concept known as Mundane Astro-Numerology and its principles have the potential to modify things. So, a practitioner always looks at different aspects before uttering a single word.
Some people believe in astrology and some in numerology. How do you combine them for predictions?
All these occult sciences are interlinked and at the core, everything starts from numbers and planets. For me, I draw separately from both the sciences and then compare both the deductions together.
Have you encountered non-believers? If yes, how do you tackle them?
Yes, there are and will always be non-believers. Personally, before I accept any consultation request, I leverage Prashna Shashtra to understand the person’s behavior and then only get ready for the consultation.
However, many times, I encounter many non-believers publicly. In those circumstances, I try to convince them correlating it with instances of life they often see. Reading about physical structure, body, disease and past events most often helps in making them understand the significance of the occult sciences.
Can you share any interesting incidents like the above?
One incident that comes to my mind is that a company reached out to me for a brand name and their brand managers said that they were wasting their time and effort and I might not succeed.
However, with the grace of my Lord Shiva, I gave a name to the brand, which displayed continuous upsurge.
Do you teach numerology and astrology?
Yes, I do teach these subjects. For teaching, I have partnered with Sahil Kothari, Founder Sahil Kothari Training and Consultancy where we provided our courses at budget-friendly offers to reach as many we can.
Do you plan to establish an institute for the same?
Yes, I have already established an institute and trying to get government approvals for it as well.
