Bhastrika Pranayama Method:
- Sit in Padmasana with eyes closed.
- Take a deep breath and fill the lungs with air.
- Gently breathe out.
- This cycle on inhaling and exhaling should take the same length of time.
- You can continue this for 15 counts in the beginning and then increase the counts as you progress.
