Dealing with Common Cold (Part III)

1. Hands need to be washed frequently. Avoid touching nose and eyes directly.
2. You may want to use sanitizers to keep your hands clean.
3. Apply moisturizer after washing your hands.
4. Avoid shaking hands with infected people. Indian way of greeting, Namaste, seems to be a better idea.
