Soul Tree Products Review

I know PR Sneha K and the brand SoulTree from the time she sent me a couple of their entirely organic products to review for my blog. This time with the website A Journalist Reveals up, we thought it would be only right to do some more reviews for this platform. Thus this time the representative of the PR Company Commstrat India sent me the following products with some information on them:
Hair Revitalising Shampoo from Keshava: The Hair Care Range containing Triphala with conditioning henna: This shampoo has been nourished by Triphala (three fruits) having fresh extracts of Aamla, Bhibitaki and Haritaki. Hair regenerating properties of Henna, Shikakai and Bala suffused with a natural base to nourish your entire hair. When you use this shampoo reulraly, hair damage is prevented, premature hair loss is stopped and cleans your hair naturally.
She also sent me the Bhringraj and Methika in virgin coconut oil from this range. Methika (Fenugreek), Bala, Aamla, Brahmi, and Bhringraj are extracted fresh and are in combination with virgin oils of Coconut, Almonds and Grapeseed to provide wholesome nourishment for hair. Used regularly the oil strengthens hair roots, hair fall decreases and your hair bounces with health.
Shower Gel from Ananda: The Bath Care Range having Indian rose with cooling Vetiver: Indian Rose that is included in this product is known for its skin smoothening qualities and is organically cultivated. The flowers have to be collected at dawn to make pure rose water. Then the product is blended with Vetiver (Khus) extracts and juicy Aloe for making an aromatic āyurvedic bath gel. This shower gel does not contain soap and soothes, cleanses and tones the skin.
Moisturiser from Amrita: The Skin Care Range with Apricot Oil and Honey With Kokum Butter: This is a fragrant, non-greasy skin care tonic blended with a blend vitamin-rich oil cold pressed from ripe Himalayan Apricots, āyurvedic herbs and wild honey. The organic honey comes from the South Indian Sirumalai forests. Hydrating and regenerating Kokum butter is also added to this concoction for keeping your skin naturally moisturised, supple and smooth.
Colour Rich Honest Brown lipstick from Mohini: The Beauty and Grooming Range Āyurvedic Lipcare with organic sweet almond oil and rose essence: This lipstick range contains only colours of natural origin, infused with organic sweet almond oil, wild honey and organic ghee (clarified butter). This combination of this moisture-rich lip wear not only gives your lips a vibrant dash of colour, it is also safe with all the goodness of āyurveda. No chemicals have been used in this product or in others.

Availability: The products are available online at ecommerce sites like Amazon as well as their own website – www.soultree.in.
My Experience: I started using the moisturizer first. The moisturizer especially hydrates and can be one of the products for the cold season to protect dry sensitive skin. The effect lasts for about 6 hours and it has to be reapplied.
Last time Sneha had sent a maroon lipstick. Though it was not bad, I love browns, may it be dresses or make-up products. So I requested her to send brown this time. Thus she sent Honest Brown one. I felt safe while using not only this product but also the others that she sent to me since they are organic in nature. Besides, it suits my face and it matches any colour dress I wear.
The coconut oil with bhringaraj and methika has a cooling effect and should not be used during cold season by people prone to cold and sinusitis. But I used it before the cold wave began, so I found it nourishing and after applying it, I can run a comb in my hair without being stuck in even one knot.
The shampoo, true to its word revitalizes the hair and gives nourishment to your locks. I had combed my hair before using this shampoo and the hair came out of the bath non-frizzy.

Coming to the last product, the shower gel, I love experiments like I have said before. I used this shower gel post applying the body scrub I have already reviewed (review at the other end of this link – http://ajournalistreveals.com/natures-co-exotic-grapefruit-sugar-body-scrub-review/). I had applied neem oil before the scrub because my skin is extremely dry. The result was divine!
These products are gift packs and except the lipstick and the oil do not contain products to be used for more than 3-4 times.

Price: The price of the gift pack of the shampoo, moisturizer and the shower gel is Rs. 350, Methika Hair Oil is Rs. 350 and lipstick is Rs. 550.
