Naivedya Panchamritam: Beat as many seedless dates as you want in milk. Beat 5 sapota fruits also in milk separately. Beat ripe apple (after removing the skin) and banana also in milk separately. Mix everything in a mixing bowl. Add 1 fistful of chopped almonds and chopped cashew nuts separately. Roast 1-2 fistfuls of dry grapes in ghee and mix into the contents of the bowl.

Add 1/3 teaspoons full of cardamom powder, 1/3 teaspoons of crushed cloves and one pinch nutmeg powder. Take jaggery – at least 1/2 the amount of the contents of the bowl and grate it. Mix it with the contents of the bowl. Add curd to it. The amount of curd should be at least 1/3rd of the content of the bowl. Mix well and add 100 gms honey. Now the Panchamritam is ready for naivedyam.

The salty dish can be any type of sundal or dry bhel, without onion and garlic.
