1. Fry 5-6 garlic cloves in gingelly oil and have it with breakfast. This is a very good remedy for joint pains and inflammations.
2. Those prone to asthma should not have jaggery in combination with peanuts.
3. These days, due to environmental degradation, we are almost roasted by the sun. Mix ½ kg kurmura (puffed rice) with 2 cups of curd, with salt and pepper powder to taste. This makes a light snack and gives relief from the warm weather.
