Summer is almost here. Many people are beauty-conscious. They would not tolerate acne, blemishes, blackheads and dry skin. A Journalist Reveals suggests some quick fixes for these issues:
1. Wash your face regularly with cold water.
2. Have tender coconut water, buttermilk, seeds of doub palm, cucumber, litchi, watermelon, etc. to cool yourself.
3. Use suitable sunscreens according to your skin type every day, even if inside the home.
4. The riders of 2-wheelers are advised to wear gloves and helmets.
5. Once a week it is suggested that you take oil bath with olive oil, sesame oil or coconut oil. This also reduces the body heat.
6. If turmeric is applied over the oil, it will function as a scrub and it reduces the formation of heat boils and prickly heat.
