Sun burn is currently a topic of discussion, now-a-days. Many people have asked Mom quite a few things about this topic. I would like to share a few things through this medium.
Where sun rays create Vitamin D under the skin, too much of it can cause sun burn. If your skin is affected by sun burn, bathing with cool water 4-5 times a day would be helpful. But, using soap is not good. Showering particularly is useful.
Coconut oil, cold cream or antiseptic creams are effective against sun burns. Even Lactocalamine can help. Avoid the sun after the application of these creams. Do not go out, when there is too much sun’s rays.
Drinking lemon juice often is good. Light butter milk is also effective.
