Chowman Restaurant Review

We recently got the opportunity to do Chowman Restaurant Review. The restaurant is located at Andheri and Mira Road. They also have a cloud kitchen at Powai.

Chowman Restaurant Review

The PR of the restaurant contacted us and we were hosted by them. It was a home service. We got to select the dishes to be delivered.
We selected the following:

1. Crispy honey paneer – Rs. 240/-
2. Veg spring roll – Rs.250/-
3. Fried veg momos – Rs.180/-
4. Veg Manchurian semi gravy (4 pieces) –Rs.149/-

Our take

We had requested vegetarian dishes with less spice. We loved the crunchiness of veg spring roll. The veg Manchurian in semi gravy could be compared to South Indian amavade in kadi. But it was a little spicy for our taste.
The fried veg momos were a little bland and could have had more vegetables as stuffing, according to us. Additional sauces were provided with spring roll and Maomos. People who like spicy food will enjoy that. We didn’t have the sauces. The spice of the above dishes was cut by the sweet of Crispy honey paneer.
Some foods cause stomach upset and bloating. But these dishes were light on our gut.
