1. When we boil carrots and green peas, their colour changes. To keep their colour intact, just add some sugar while boiling.
2. Vitamin E preserves youth in us. Thus we should include vitamin E-rich foods like peanuts and olive oil in our diet.
3. Vitamin C reduces wrinkles. We should have vitamin C-rich foods like lemon, tomatoes and goose berries frequently.
