Rajma paneer sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 brown bread slice
- I cup soaked rajma
- 2 tbsp grated paneer
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the pan and sauté onion, tomatoes and capsicum for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled rajma and paneer and cook for one minute, add coriander powder and salt to taste.
- Butter the bread, add lettuce leaves and add the filling.
- Make it a sandwich and cut it into 4 parts.
- Serve it.
Mini jowar vegetable uttapam
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup jowar
- ½ cup urad dal
- ¼ green chili-ginger paste
- 2 tbsp tomato
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste.
- 1 tbsp oil for greasing and cooking
Method:
- Wash and soak urad dal and jowar overnight.
- Drain the water well and mix it in a mixer with ½ cup water.
- Transfer it in a bowl and add green chili-ginger paste.
- Chop the vegetables.
- Heat the pan, pour a small amount of the batter and make uttapam.
- Add chopped vegetables on it and add some oil.
- Toast it both the sides.
- Add coriander leaves on the top.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
