Some of our readers have asked us to write about Naivedyam that can be offered to God every day. Thus, I am sharing this recipe, today.
Roast 1:1 rice and yellow-colored split green gram and grind into a smooth rawa consistency separately. Keep them aside. Heat 2 parts of jaggery in another vessel with water. When the jaggery has melted and the liquid has boiled enough, add 1 cup grated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix in the rice and split gram powders until the whole thing becomes solid.
Pour some ghee in a kadhai and roast cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and charoli. Mix in this to the mixture already made. Offer this Naivedyam to God by dropping a Tulasi leaf into it.
