Ameen Sayani’s death anniversary falls on Feb20, 2026. Mobius Films and Rajil Sayani announced Behno aur Bhaiyo, a definitive, soulful and nostalgia-rich docu-biopic on Amen Sayani, the iconic voice that shaped India’s emotional and musical landscape for over five decades. Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Brahmanand S Singh and Tanvi Jain, the film traces the extraordinary journey of a voice that united a nation, week after week, generation after generation.
The feature-length docu-biopic will blend rare family archives, unseen photographs, handwritten scripts, exclusive audio recordings and a high-value interviews of India’sfinest musicians, actors, radio stalwarts and media personalities. The film promises to be a deeply nostalgic, soulful and culturally significant tribute.
The film will capture the evolution of Indian broadcasting, music history and the personal journey of a man whose tone and warmth became apart of millions of homes.
