Vegetarian diet for Arthritis Patients (Part IV)
Flax Seeds Laddoo
Ingredients
1 cup flax seeds or ground flax seeds
1/2 cup walnuts and almonds
1/2 cup Jaggery powder
Method
– Roast and grind Flax seeds
– Roast and grind walnuts and almonds
– Add all the ingredients together in a grinder
– Add jaggery powder, ghee and bind it together to make laddoos.
