1. Trying to lose weight? Wheat is good for you, particularly, whole wheat. It not only has optimum carbohydrates, but also less calories and fat.
2. Afflicted with asthma? Feeling breathless? Look no further. Fill a tub with tolerably hot water and place your feet inside it. The heat will go through your heels to your lungs to reduce the breathlessness.
3. Wanna know the secret to healthy teeth? Mint. You might ask how? Just dry some mint leaves in the sun and powder them. Add some salt and a pinch of black pepper powder to it. Use this mixture to regularly brush your teeth. There will be no caries, no bleeding gums or any gum-diseases.
