1. If you want to control your blood pressure, you can have butter milk. Stir the juice of ½ a lemon into a glass of butter milk and drink it every day for relief.
2. Ladies often have to work at home standing continuously. They may even have to sit for long hours at their work table. Due to this they will experience knee joint pain early on in their life and sitting down on the floor becomes an unpleasant task. To avoid this if they just sit down and get up daily 12 times over the entire day from 25 years onwards, they will not experience this problem.
3. If you include white onion in their daily diet, you can overcome nerve problem. Even cinnamon has the same effect on your health.
