1. Do not give up eating nuts like almonds, chick peas and pistachios fearing obesity. They contain folic acid, which regulates heart beat.
2. Do you have wet cough and sore throat? Boil ½ a teaspoon of turmeric powder in water and gargle with it when lukewarm to get relief.
3. If you are tired, this recipe will not only remove tiredness but also increase your stamina. Take one cup parboiled rice ground to a coarse powder. Add 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds and 4 cloves of garlic. Boil the mixture. Mix the resultant liquid with ½ a cup butter milk with salt to taste.
