Leftover rice Part III

Leftover rice came be made into dosa. One part of rice is wet ground to the consistency of dosa batter. One part of semolina is roasted. After the semolina is cooled down, dry grind it into a powder and mix it with the batter. Take ½ part of refined wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of gram flour and mix it with the batter. Dry roast a mixture of 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and ½ teaspoons ajwain and dry grind it into a powder. Then mix it with the batter. Add salt to taste. Pour the right amount of water to make the whole into dosa batter. Mix well. This batter can be used to make ghee dosa, oil dosa or dosa on non-stick tawa. It can be served with any chutney.
