Jhatpat Dosa

Ingredients:
Refined flour – 2 cups
Rice flour – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Green chillies – 3
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon
Coriander – 4 sprigs
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Mint leaves – 3 sprigs
Turmeric powder (if color needed) – 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method: Grind coconut, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, coriander, curry leaves and mint together. Mix with this all the flours, water, salt and asafoetida to make dosa batter. Smear a little oil on non-stick dosa tava and make thin dosas. Roast on both the sides. 1/2 a dosa satisfies small hunger. 2 dosas can make a breakfast. 4-5 can be had for lunch, 1 for afternoon snacks and 3 for dinner.
