Tips to Maintain Healthy Hair:
1. Hot oil massage can help you avoid the bad hair days. Use of coconut, olive, sesame or mustard oil in this can be beneficial.
2. Use mild shampoos. Harsh shampoos can damage it.
3. Avoid frequent coloring, straightening, perming, curling, etc.
