1. Almonds, peanuts and pistachios contain folic acid that normalizes heartbeat. Thinking that these form cholesterol, do not avoid them. They can be powdered and used in sabzis, sambhars and dals.
2. Mix some coarsely ground parboiled rice (ukda chawal), fenugreek seeds, garlic and ginger. Boil this mixture with some salt. If some butter milk is added to this product and consumed, it increases stamina.
3. Have throat irritation? Boils in throat? Cough? Gargle with lukewarm water in which turmeric has been added. Then immediately consume lukewarm milk, with turmeric mixed in it. Sugar may be added to change the taste. All the above problems will be reduced and regular use will completely cure you of the ailments. Turmeric has natural anti-septic properties and contains natural steroids. If pepper powder is added to the milk, it gives added benefits.
