1. Pillows and pillow covers with the stuffing inside should be made up of cotton only. Polyester and silk materials increase heat in the body and even cause hair-fall. There should be normal polarity in the body – viz. the feet should be warm and head should be cool.
2. Wheat is a god-send for weight-watchers. It contains carbohydrates with less calories and fat. 1 to 1 ½ chappatis are recommended to be had with dal and vegetable 5 times a day.
3. When asthmatics experience breathlessness, we suggest they place their feet in hot water, whose temperature is tolerable. The heat enters the feet through reflexology points and travels through the body to reach the lungs to give relief.
