You might be wondering, why we are posting about this Pooja more than a week after the day. A friend of mine told me that she could not perform the Vata Savitri Pooja During Lockdown. So, she had just prayed for the wellbeing of her family in the temple at home and recited the story. Another lady performed Pooja to a kumbha with some home-grown flowers. A third friend of mine got some dried branches of banyan and performed Pooja of the same and recited the connected story. Cornonavirus has taught us a lesson and has warned us that a situation like lockdown can happen, anytime. We decided to share the way we performed the Pooja albeit during lockdown. Stay tuned…
