Fruity Health Tips

  1. Ripe banana and chilled milk can be mixed in a mixer and add honey to it. This fruit shake can boost energy and reduces hunger. It also removes constipation. If someone is very lean, they can have this shake 3-4 times a day to put on the right amount of weight. Obese people, be warned. They may want to consume a lesser quantity of this shake.
  2. Grind green or black grapes and add honey to it so that it can be consumed. This mixture contains lots of vitamin C and micro-nutrients, which give resistance to diseases. Ageing will also be slowed down.
  3. Beat musk melon (kharbooja) and papaya together and add honey to the pulp. When consumed, this gives vitamin A and has a cooling effect on the body.
