- Crush and separate juices of 2 oranges and 3 tomatoes. Add honey to the mixture and consume. It will be cooling to the body and it is good for weight loss.
- Boil the rind that remains after juices of the above fruits are removed with 3 glasses of water. Add 2-3 pieces of tamarind and salt to taste. ½ spoon rasam powder is to be added to it. Then add a little less than a ½ spoon of pepper powder and 1 pinch asafoetida. Boil. Consume like a soup with honey. It is good for weight loss. It also reduces sinusitis, common cold and influenza.
- Crush an apple with a large glass of milk and add honey to consume. All health issues related to the digestive system is taken care of by this mixture.
