1. Many people are frustrated with dandruff. All you have to do is boil 1 teaspoon tea and 1 teaspoon dry or fresh neem flower in 1 cup water and apply the decoction on the scalp. Rinse off after 10 minutes. This way you can get rid of your problem.
2. Tender leaves of tamarind tree contain vitamin A, calcium and Phosphorus – all essential nutrients. While making pudina (mint) and coriander chutney, if you add the paste of tender tamarind paste in 1:1 ratio, you will gain all the goodness of nature that it gives.
3. Garlic is effective against joint pains. When you have 1-2 cloves of raw garlic with food, you can get rid of the problem.
