1. As we age, often we get joint pains. We can try this recipe to get rid of the aches. Crush 4 cloves of garlic and boil in neem oil. Cool it. When lukewarm apply some of the oil daily on the affected area to attain relief in due course.
2. Summer often means burning of the eyes and unexplained headaches. To eliminate this from our lives we can do the following: Puncture a hole in a tender coconut. Put some fenugreek seeds into the hole. After leaving it undisturbed for 2 hours, remove all the edible parts from the coconut and grind. Massage the resultant paste on the scalp. Leave it for ½ an hour and wash, to get relief.
3. Many people have a tendency to get fungal growth between their toes if they walk often in water. If we apply kerosene daily the fungal growth stops.
